Meticulously crafted, the menu offers a selection of sophisticated creations, including classic cocktails for lovers of sure values, such as the Expresso Martini, as well as signature cocktails like the Fiume D'Oro (Belle Rive gin, yuzu liqueur, clementine ginger and turmeric syrup, Thai basil super juice, yuzu marmalade, lemon, clementine espuma) or the Rabarbara (Mahani Mezcal, cointreau, smoked rosemary syrup, rhubarb purée infused with white vanilla pepper, rhubarb bitter, lemon, rhubarb-infused chantilly). The bar also offers tailor-made creations, for a unique taste experience.
